1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 90php website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, or the deposit and withdrawal system — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), online banking via Philippine banks, and interbank fund transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. If a deposit does not appear within the expected window, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts and payment methods only. A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be approved. All bets and game rounds at 90php are governed by the rules of the specific sport, market, or game type involved. General principles are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. A bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed after acceptance except under specific circumstances described in the applicable game or market rules.

10 Limitation of Liability
